Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. The provisions of these Terms shall apply to any use made by you (the “User”) of missglowfashion (the “Website”) and to any purchase made by you through the Website, including purchases made via an application and/or by telephone, and shall constitute a binding agreement between you and the Website operators (“Marketing & Advertising” / the “Company” / the “Website Operators”).

Please read these Terms in full and carefully. The headings of the Terms and sections are for convenience only. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms shall also bind any supplier vis-à-vis the Website Operators, and in no event shall they be deemed an agreement for the benefit of any third party.

1) Changes to the Terms

The Website Operators may amend these Terms at any time, at their sole discretion.

It is clarified that the Website Operators may edit and/or correct and/or add and/or delete and/or exclude from calculation and/or not display any content item or any part thereof, without prior or subsequent notice.

The Website Operators may display content (or parts thereof) automatically. All content is displayed “as is”, without verification of its truthfulness and/or accuracy. The Website Operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind that may be caused to any party, including Users, arising from and/or related to the content.

Browsing the Website and/or purchasing products or services offered for sale on it constitutes your consent to accept and act in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you are requested not to use the Website.

2) About the Website and Products

The Website angiestyles.com is operated by the Company (“Marketing & Advertising”) and also serves as an e-commerce store for clothing, fashion equipment, and fashion accessories displayed on the Website and offered for sale (the “Product(s)”).

The Website Operators may publish Website content, or parts thereof, on the Website or through any other means or media, including user feedback data or any part thereof, and/or use such content for any other purpose, including advertising and marketing of the Website. Users shall have no claim regarding such publication.

The masculine form is used for convenience only and refers equally to all genders.

Purchases through the Website are subject to these Terms. By purchasing a Product on the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and the Company.

No use of the Website may be made for illegal purposes.

3) Registration and User Conduct

  • Registration is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By registering, you declare that you are over 18.

  • Registration is limited to the creation of one account per User. The Company reserves the right to remove duplicate accounts.

  • Registration is for the personal and exclusive use of the User. The User may transfer the right of use to another person at their discretion.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal details required for registration and ongoing contact.

You may not publish or transmit through the Website any information that is false, insulting, defamatory, threatening, privacy-infringing, pornographic, sexual in nature, racist, or unlawful.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you publish or transmit through the Website. The Website management assumes no responsibility for content posted or transmitted between members.

No commercial use may be made of the Website, including sending advertisements or any similar activity.

You acknowledge that the Website management has no ability to verify, filter, or screen registered members.

The Website is intended to be available at all times; however, the Website management cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability without malfunctions or downtime. The Website management may suspend Website use from time to time for maintenance and organization. No monetary compensation/credit will be given for malfunctions or service interruptions.

4) Orders, Errors, and Product Images

The Website Operators may cancel any order and/or prevent a User or supplier from participating on the Website (including by blocking them), including in any of the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

  • The User committed an act or omission that may harm the Website Operators and/or their representatives and/or the proper operation of the Website and/or any suppliers and/or any third party.

  • The User provided incorrect details during registration and/or thereafter, in writing or by phone.

  • The User performed an unlawful act and/or violated applicable law.

  • The User breached these Terms.

  • The User violated consumer protection / cancellation / sale provisions and/or failed consideration.

  • The User attempted to resell or trade a Product or service to a third party.

  • In case of a clear and exceptional mistake or typo in a Product description/price (for example: an item that costs $65 was mistakenly listed as $0.01, which is clearly unreasonable; or a description error such as a “coat” being described as “short pants”).

Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Differences may exist between the images displayed (some or all) and the Products sold in practice.


Purchasing on the Website

The Website enables customers to purchase Products conveniently, easily, and securely online. These Terms apply to use of the Website and its services from any computer or communication device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, etc.), whether via the internet or any other network/means of communication.

Products may be purchased at any time, subject to stock availability.

Payment can be made by credit card . Payment may also be arranged by contacting the Website or via the email listed on the Website. Where payment is made by credit card, the transaction will be completed only after approval by the credit card company; 

Product prices include VAT (where applicable).

The Company reserves the right to discontinue marketing and selling any Product at any time, and to deny purchasing rights at its discretion.

Coupon Codes and Promotional Gifts

  • Entering a coupon code at checkout is the customer’s sole responsibility. No refund, credit, or benefit will be granted for a coupon code not entered at payment, even if valid at the time of purchase. If a coupon code is not entered, the customer waives the right to the discount and will not be entitled to a retroactive refund.

  • Promotional gifts (such as a free gift above a certain amount or a gift via a promo code) must be added by the customer to the cart before completing the order. Promotional gifts cannot be added after purchase, even if the customer was eligible.

Personal Use Only

Products sold on the Website are intended for personal, private use only. Any commercial use is prohibited, including (but not limited to) resale, rental, marketing, commercial display, or any other use intended to generate profit—unless prior written approval is obtained from the Website Operators.

Any commercial use without such approval constitutes a breach of these Terms. A User acting contrary to this section will bear full liability for damages caused to the Website and/or third parties, and legal action may be taken.


Order Cancellation and Returns Policy


Exchanges and Returns

  • Any cancellation/change of an order will not be possible after the package has been packed and shipped to the destination.

  • A refund/credit will be provided only if the item was not used and is returned without defects and/or damage.

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the order where possible. If the payment method does not allow monetary refund (e.g., certain debit/direct cards), the Company will provide store credit for purchases on the Website.

Return Instructions

  • Returning items: send by registered mail by the customer’s expense (exact address will be provided by email).

  • Exchanging items: send the item by registered mail at the customer’s expense; the replacement item will be shipped by us at no additional cost.

Cancellation/return/exchange will be valid only after receiving a reply email from the Website Operators confirming the request.

In an exchange case, any cancellation/change will not be possible after packing and shipping.

The seller may claim damages if the Product’s value decreased due to return not in original packaging / damaged packaging, or if its condition worsened while in the customer’s possession, or due to damage/defect caused while in the customer’s possession, or due to assembly performed on the Product.

If cancellation occurs after the Product has shipped (whether or not it has been delivered), the refund will be issued only after the Product is returned together with any gift/benefit provided—back to the supplier’s place of business. Shipping/return costs will be borne by the customer.

If an order contains multiple items shipped in separate deliveries, returns may be processed only after all shipments in the order have been received.

The cancellation notice must include: customer name + order number.
A cancellation notice missing any required details will not be processed. The seller will not be liable for any damage caused due to incorrect/missing details.

Cancellation Outcomes

If cancellation is due to receiving a different Product than ordered:
The customer will return the Product to the supplier and all amounts paid will be refunded in full; no cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancellation is for any other reason:
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or $32 (whichever is lower) may be charged.

Eligible categories for cancellation within 2 days of receipt (if price tag not removed)

  • Clothing

  • Footwear

Exchanges are possible from the date of the order up to 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

If cancellation is after shipment, the customer must send the Product back at their expense within 2 business days from receipt of the Company’s return approval email. No refund will be given for Products returned later than 2 business days after approval, unless prior written approval for late return is provided.

After the returned Product is received at the Company’s warehouse, a refund will be issued (where applicable) less:

  • cancellation fee (5% or $32, whichever is lower), and

  • shipping fees charged to the customer (including “free shipping” that was granted as part of a promotion—home delivery fees may still be deducted).

Refunds will be issued within up to 14 business days from receipt of the Product at the Website’s warehouses, by crediting the original payment method used for the cancelled order (where possible). If the Product is not returned as required, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

This cancellation policy applies only to Products purchased on the Website. The Website Operators will not handle returns of Products purchased elsewhere.

If an item is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be refunded and notified by email.

Cancellation is final and the User will have no additional claims against the supplier or Website Operators.

Conditions for Cancellation

Cancellation is possible only if all of the following apply:

  • The Product value exceeds $16

  • The Product was not damaged and was not used.

  • The Product was returned to the business.

  • The Product is not underwear or swimwear.

Exclusions / No Returns

  • No exchanges or returns for underwear / swimwear.

  • No exchanges/returns for an item received for free as part of a purchase.

  • If a free gift item is out of stock, the Company is not obligated to provide an alternative or credit its value.

If a free-gift promotion is involved and the customer returns items for a refund, and the gift is underwear/swimwear, the refund will be reduced by the value of the gifted underwear/swimwear item.

If in a gift promotion (requiring purchase of a certain number of items) one of the purchased items is out of stock resulting in fewer items than required for the gift, the refund will be adjusted by the difference between the gift’s value and the value of the out-of-stock item.

If the customer does not collect an item from a pickup point, refuses delivery, or is unavailable during delivery attempts, the order will not be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Defects / wrong item: you may report a defect or wrong item within 2 business days from receipt, with photos.


Website Liability and Disclaimer

Subject to mandatory limits under applicable law, the Company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User and/or any third party, resulting from use of or purchase through the Website contrary to these Terms, or due to acts/omissions of the User or third parties, including (without limitation) communications providers, unauthorized access, attacks, hacking, intrusion to information (or attempts thereof), and shipping/collection services.

In any case, subject to mandatory limits under applicable law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Company. The Company shall not be liable for consequential or indirect damages, including loss of income and/or loss of profit.

The Website Operators cannot verify the identity or intentions of Website users and shall have no liability in this regard. The Website Operators’ sole liability regarding suppliers is limited to providing their details to users; upon providing such details, the Website Operators shall be released from any further obligation.

Content displayed on the Website, including user feedback, does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation, or encouragement regarding suppliers/products/services and should not be relied upon.

The Website Operators are not responsible for content published on external websites reached via links (e.g., ads, banners).

The Website Operators endeavor to keep the Website functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. They are not responsible for failures or disruptions of the global internet and/or telecom lines that enable access to the Website. The Website Operators shall not be liable for technical issues preventing you from ordering, updating an order, or performing any action.


Shipping Policy

Delivery time is up to 15 business days.

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping ($0 cost) on all orders.

Product price does not include shipping unless stated otherwise. The Company will ship the Product to the address entered by the customer at checkout. Delivery may be by:

  • Home delivery courier service, subject to their delivery terms and coverage areas. Remote locations may have different costs/times. Security-restricted areas may be delivered to an agreed nearby location. If the delivery address is outside courier coverage, the Company/courier will contact the customer to confirm pricing before shipment.

  • Pickup point delivery: shipment will be sent to a pickup point near the address provided, according to courier/Israel Post procedures.

Shipping fees do not include exceptional delivery requiring special means (disassembly, crane, additional manpower, etc.) or international shipping. Additional fees may apply per the product page and/or as approved with the customer.

Business days: Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays. Delivery days do not include the order day. Orders placed after 17:00 are deemed placed on the next day.

If a Product is in production, there may be an additional delay of up to 10 business days.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier companies and/or force majeure and/or events outside its control such as war, strike, shutdown, disturbances, third-party restrictions, government orders, security restrictions, pandemic, lockdown, etc. The customer will not be entitled to compensation/credit for delays.

If tracking shows delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must handle the claim with the courier; the courier will update the Company for further handling.

Orders placed between January 20 and March 3 may experience delays of up to 30 business days.

Responsibility for Entering Accurate Details

The customer must ensure all order details (name, full address, phone, contact info) are accurate. The Company is not responsible for errors in address/phone that may cause delays, loss, or failed delivery. If the customer provided incorrect details, any additional costs (handling, reshipment, or loss) are borne solely by the customer. The Company is not obligated to refund or provide a replacement for customer-caused errors, but may offer a solution at its sole discretion, including reshipment for an additional fee.

Order Completion Confirmation

An order is considered received only upon confirmation from the Website Operators by email or WhatsApp containing the relevant order details (including order number, customer details, and order contents). Final completion occurs only after:
(a) payment approval by the credit card company / payment confirmation by apps via customer service;
(b) supplier confirmation that the Product is in stock;
(c) confirmation by the Website Operators for delivery scheduling.

The Website Operators/suppliers may request additional details or documentation (e.g., ID) for identification and/or as a condition of delivery.

Products are offered based on supplier availability; the Website cannot guarantee that a specific Product is in stock at all times.

Website records constitute institutional records and shall be conclusive evidence of their contents.

The Website Operators may (but are not obligated to) enforce these Terms and remove infringing content under a “notice and takedown” process within a reasonable time after notice.

Information Security and Privacy

The Company and/or its representatives may use information entered by the customer to provide requested services and information. Personal information will not be disclosed or transferred to any party other than the Website Operators, unless required by law.

You may request deletion from the Website Operators’ database; in such case, records relating to you will be deleted, except the deletion request itself and data regarding actions you performed on the Website, including orders.

The Company takes reasonable precautions to protect confidentiality. In events beyond its control or due to force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any damage if information is lost or used without authorization.

By subscribing to the newsletter and/or placing an order, you consent to receive information about Products and related resources via email or other means. You may request removal at any time by emailing “REMOVE” with your details (name/phone/email).

Users may unsubscribe via the link in the email footer or by emailing customer service / using the “Contact Us” form.

Consent to Receive Marketing Messages

By providing details (registration and/or email and/or order), the User agrees that the Website Operator and/or related parties may send messages of any type regarding Website activity, related sites, offers, ads, system/service messages, etc.

You may request removal under applicable communications law by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing: ‫missglowfashion@gmail.com‬.

The Company may send an abandoned-cart reminder (subject to applicable law).

Users agree that their information will be stored in the Website Operators’ databases and may be shared as required with related parties such as suppliers, shipping companies, or website technology providers for operation/maintenance.

Users must keep their username and password confidential; the Website Operators are not responsible for any privacy or other harm caused by unauthorized use.

Cookies: the Website Operators may use cookies to provide efficient service and reduce the need to re-enter details. You can delete cookies via browser history or adjust settings to block cookies.

Location data: the Website Operators may collect location-based data; you may disable location services on your device.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this Website are the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any information from the Website unless prior written consent is provided by the Company.

It is strictly prohibited to copy and/or publish images, trademarks, specs, or videos from the Website without prior written approval from the Website Operators or the relevant rights holder. The Website Operators may apply a notice-and-takedown process for suspected infringement at their sole discretion.

If an infringement is alleged, the Website Operators may share details of the allegedly responsible party with the complaining party at their discretion, and no claim shall be made against the Website Operators for such disclosure. The complaining party shall not pursue legal action against the Website Operators as long as proceedings against the responsible party have not been exhausted.

Providing false details (including credit card details or ID number) may constitute a criminal offense.

The Website Operators may take lawful measures against users who violate the law and/or these Terms, including removal of users/content/products and/or reporting to authorities.


Additional Notes

  • Shipping services are provided by third parties not under the Website Operator’s control; customers will have no claim regarding damage/delay caused by such third parties.

  • Packaging may not be uniform and is determined by the Website Operator.

  • Orders of 2 or more items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate shipments; the customer is charged only one shipping fee for the order.

  • The Company’s warehouses are located in China.

  • Size charts displayed are general; you may contact customer service for a specific product size chart.

  • Colors displayed are for illustration and may differ due to screen settings.

  • The Company strives for accuracy, but inadvertent inaccuracies or errors may occur; the Company will not be liable for any resulting issues.
